Self-Registration

Complete the form below to request an account. Once you submit the form, you will get a confirmation email that you submitted your request successfully.
ALDOT will review your registration, and if approved, will send you a confirmation email allowing you to use the permitting system.

Notice: If you receive an alert message that indicates an account with your information already exists, please contact us at AlabamaPermits@dot.state.al.us for assistance.

Definitions

• Hauler - select hauler if you are a trucking company ordering permits for one trucking company.
• Permit Service - select if you are a permit service or trucking company ordering permits for multiple companies.
• Hauler Admin User - to add a user to an existing hauler account.
• Permit Service Admin User - to add a user to an existing permit service account.

Additional users for an existing account must be added by the hauler or permit service administrator from the "My Admin" page.
